The patented MagcoreTM process was designed specifically to cut prototyping time to its absolute minimum. We use a custom blended material, developed for our process, to produce parts that replicate the sturdiness and heat-resistance of production materials. This enables early stage under-hood testing of rubber components virtually overnight. We also supply parts in production materials such as EPDM, Neoprene, Nitrile and Silicone. These parts are from Steel Mandrel Tooling.
Rubber molded tubes are available on a prototype level without the high cost of tool manufacture.
