The expert programming abilities of Magnum’s CAD engineers achieve complex metal castings.
The prototype process used in making castings is capable of achieving fine detail. Even automotive applications with thin wall sections are attainable. Thin wall castings are leak tested and then used in real applications.
Some cast products are then pressure tested and impregnated to ensure 100% functionality. Magnum machines and inspects castings in house to control dimensional integrity.
